We are the North Texas representative for Hausner concrete shelters — ATSA-certified and built to FEMA 320. Most units are set and finished in a single day, we handle the excavation and cleanup ourselves, and every shelter carries a 10-year leak warranty.
Every Hausner model is precast concrete poured at a minimum of 6,000 psi, reinforced with steel rebar and fiber, with a steel door, ventilation and anchoring. Two slope-front sizes: the 6×8, and the 6'10"×10' Jumbo with 6'3" of headroom.
The classic Texas storm cellar. Set in the yard with a sloped entry, double handrail on the steps, gas-operated door closer, 8" wind turbine and 6" vent included. 6×8 for most families; the 6'10"×10' Jumbo for bigger households. Best for acreage and homes with yard access for the crane.
Installed under the garage slab so you never go outside in the storm. Drive right over it. Popular in subdivisions with small yards.
Bolted to the slab inside the garage or a closet — no digging. The right answer for high water tables and anyone who can't do stairs.
Crane sets it, we backfill and finish it, and you're sheltered by suppertime.
