Three generations. Fifty-plus years. Still doing the work ourselves.

Roy Reynolds grew up in construction. His father ran one of the largest sheetrock companies in North Texas in the 1970s, and built and remodeled homes on top of it. Roy came up in that business the way you'd expect — pouring concrete, framing, roofing houses, hanging rock — before starting LenRoyDon Builders in 1988.

Septic work came with the territory — most of our customers aren't on city sewer — and Budget Septic Systems grew out of that. Storm shelters came later, after enough springs in Tornado Alley. Fifty-plus years on, the crew has worked every major county around DFW and down to Waco, and Roy still runs the jobs, answers the phone, and stands behind the work.

We're a Christian family business and we run it that way: honest with people, fair on price, and we do what we said we'd do. Roy still wears the hat every day and the trucks still have the barbed wire on them — that's not a marketing decision, that's just who we are.

Why "LenRoyDon"? It's three names — Len, Roy and Don: Roy's father, Roy, and Roy's brother. The company started as a family outfit a generation back, and the name has stayed on the trucks ever since.
